An ancient legend tells us that once God Shiva stayed in meditation, rigor and abstinence, and after meditation he wished to give the accumulated energy for the benefit of the whole world. As a result, several tears of Shiva rolled down to the ground, giving people the seeds of the sacred tree Elaeocarpus ganitrus. Its dried fruits are called Rudraksha.
They have healing qualities, thanks to which the fruits are able to normalize electrical impulses in the human body.
Properties of Rudraksha:
