The store does not exchange goods or cancel the order, as we are confident in the quality of our goods. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you are unhappy with any purchase, please contact me immediately for a solution. If for some reason the item/s are delivered damaged. I will then need to see the photo within 1-2 days to determine if a return or exchange can be made. When returning an item, the buyer pays for shipping.
I CANNOT send a refund if the package is returned to me because I was given an incorrect or non-working address. It is your responsibility to provide me with the correct address and please be aware that any other online company will not forward the package for free. If so, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. So please check the address carefully!! When returning money, the buyer pays the cost of return shipping.
If for some reason the parcel is lost or not tracked, we will write a search request to the Thai Post, and if they answer that the parcel is really lost, we, at your choice, will either refund your money or resend your order.
If the package is returned to us due to the fault of the transport company, due to the impossibility of delivery due to any restrictions or some other reason, you will receive a full refund.
